Bill Fritton, Jr.
William J. Fritton IV (Bill, Jr.) is a principal of the Back Tax Expert. He joined the Back Tax Expert in 1991. Bill, Jr. began his work in tax resolution under the mentorship of former IRS Revenue Officers. At that time, he also earned his status as a certified Enrolled Agent.
Bill’s Fellowship status from the National Association of Enrolled Agents Education Foundation., combined with his broader knowledge in the realm of Economics, and prior real-world experience in business allows him to best serve his clients. Additionally, he returned to school as an adult, earning his MBA from the University of Maryland so that he could offer tax resolution services with a complete, 360-degree view from tax resolution and IRS negotiation to the broader demands and intricacies of business, marketing, and finances.

Bill Fritton, Sr.
William J. Fritton III (Bill, Sr.) joined the Back Tax Expert as a principal in 1988. Bill has extensive experience in financial management, business turnaround, creditor workouts, and IRS/State tax workouts. Prior to joining the Back Tax Expert, Bill served as CFO of a computer leasing company, and as CFO and in other financial positions with GTE and subsidiary operations in consumer electronics, product service, and telecommunications.
Bill is located in the Washington, D.C. headquarters.

Jack O’Neill
Before founding the Back Tax Expert in 1984, John O’Neill (Jack) worked with the Internal Revenue Service collection division for more than a decade, progressing from field revenue officer to chief of processing and insolvency to group manager, and onto his final position as senior technical advisor. Jack continues to serve the Back Tax Expert as a Senior Advisor.

Thomas F. DeCaro
Mr. DeCaro’s legal and accounting practice concentrates in resolving tax controversies (audit, collection, tax court), bankruptcy, estate planning, tax preparation and civil litigation in the commercial context.
